A lithophane is a three-dimensional art piece created through 3D printing technology that reveals an image when backlit. Our lithophanes are custom-made based on photos you provide.

What is PLA?

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane. It is one of the most popular materials used in 3D printing.

Safety Properties:

• Non-toxic and food-safe when properly manufactured
• Biodegradable under industrial composting conditions
• Low emission during normal use
• Does not contain BPA or other harmful plasticizers

Safety Warnings:

• Heat Sensitivity: Do not expose to temperatures above 60°C (140°F) as PLA may deform
• Not Dishwasher Safe: Do not place in dishwasher
• Keep Away from Heat Sources: Do not place near stoves, heaters, or direct sunlight for extended periods
• Not for Food Contact: This product is for decorative purposes only
• Choking Hazard: Small parts may pose choking risk. Keep away from children under 3 years

Electrical Safety:

• LED lights operate on low voltage (typically 5V USB or battery powered)
• Use only the provided power adapter or recommended batteries
• Do not attempt to modify or repair the electrical components
• Disconnect power when not in use for extended periods
• Keep away from water and moisture

Operating Guidelines:

• LED lights may become warm during extended use (this is normal)
• Do not cover the LED base or block ventilation
• Do not look directly at LED light for extended periods
• Turn off when leaving room or going to sleep
• Inspect cord and plug regularly for damage

Disposal:

• LED components must be disposed of according to local e-waste regulations
• Do not throw LED lights in regular trash
• Batteries must be recycled at designated facilities

Cleaning:

• Clean with soft, damp cloth only
• Use mild soap if necessary
• Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasives
• Dry immediately after cleaning
• Disconnect power before cleaning LED base

Storage:

• Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Keep in original packaging when not displayed
• Avoid areas with high humidity
• Store away from heat sources

Order Acceptance:

• Maximum 20 orders will be accepted for Valentine's Day delivery
• Orders must be placed by February 10th, 2026 at 11:59 PM
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received
• We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion

Image Requirements:

• You must own the rights to images submitted
• Images must be appropriate and not offensive
• We reserve the right to refuse inappropriate images
• Image quality affects final product quality
• High-resolution images (minimum 500x500 pixels) recommended

Pricing & Payment:

• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)
• Payment must be completed through Ziina payment gateway
• All prices include applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice for future orders

• Delivery date: February 14th, 2026 (Valentine's Day)
• Delivery area: United Arab Emirates only
• You must provide accurate delivery address
• Someone must be available to receive the package
• We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Due to the custom nature of lithophanes, all sales are final.

Exceptions:

• Damaged products: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos
• Manufacturing defects: Will be replaced at no additional cost
• Incorrect order: Will be corrected at our expense

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Change of mind after order placement
• Poor image quality in submitted photo
• Natural variations in 3D printing process
• Slight color variations from photos

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
• We are not responsible for misuse or improper care of the product
• We are not liable for damages caused by failure to follow safety instructions
• We are not responsible for compatibility with third-party accessories

• You retain all rights to images you submit
• By submitting images, you grant us license to create the lithophane
• We will not use your images for any other purpose without consent
• You warrant that you have rights to all submitted images
• You indemnify us against any copyright claims

• We collect only information necessary to fulfill your order
• Your personal information is stored securely
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties
• Payment information is processed securely through Ziina
• Images are stored only for order fulfillment purposes
• You may request deletion of your data after order completion

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
